Youth who are often forgotten, experience the worst forms of abuse, unemployment, inequality and poverty and yet there are better positioned to actively represent their own interests and offer solutions to their predicaments. We strongly believe that, allowing young people to shape the future they are going to live in presents an opportunity to offer solutions that are more effective and more enduring. Young people are feeling distant from current societal offerings, disengaging from processes that inevitably shape their future – this is why we are convinced with our belief and faith in young people.

The Programmes
Each of the tracks below have associate features modelled around five foundational modules and five issue based modules with soft and hard skills development anchored on coaching, mentoring, journaling, internship, action-solutions oriented task and workshops.
Residency Track:
We value the importance of building community of LEARNERS and DOERS who would have been selected to go through this transformational program, promoting learning from others and co-creating imagination. This track is built around five foundational modules that are delivered through a combination of physical or virtual workshops, conferences and or one on one.

Non-Residency Track:
We connect and activate shared values and principles that help in shaping our destiny. This track is framed around a co-creation process that builds modules and course that are demand driven – this means that, a cohort of a given year depending on their individual and collective aspirations get to identify five issue based modules to be delivered virtually. This track also offers an internship opportunity for each of the ten Sxollers.
Accompaniment Track:
Humanity has survived adversity because of its ability to pass on knowledge from one generation to the other, holding each other’s hands in moments of uncertainty. This track will feature mentoring and coaching at individual and or collective level.
